Wendy has worked for over 20 years in the financial services industry specializing in audit, regulatory compliance, and governance, and most recently focused on consumer protection within the federal government.  Prior to that, she practiced oversight of federal homeowner assistance programs at Freddie Mac, and supported operations within investment banking.

Wendy brings a detail-oriented and highly organized approach to her work. She is enthusiastic about helping clients to simplify their finances and to have a sense of control over their day-to-day financial activities. Known for her thoughtful, solutions-oriented style, she collaborates closely with clients to establish easy, manageable systems, simplify daily financial tasks, and to bring order to what might feel stressful and overwhelming. Her goal is to provide not only practical support, but also peace of mind - helping clients feel confident, organized, and supported.

Wendy received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Virginia Tech. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with her family, her dogs Tucker and Ziggy, listening to live music, and hiking (she even summited Mount Kilimanjaro). She is dedicated to volunteering within her community, building homes here and abroad, and values the balance and perspective these activities bring to her work and life.
