Fulfillment Policy

Upon signing the Everyday Money Management contract, clients will be provided with any of the services detailed on our website, in accordance with the terms of the Everyday Money Management contract.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via [email, text, phone call] will be processed without a penalty.  Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of 1 hour at the client’s service rate. This includes appointments where our service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, or the client is unavailable.

If Everyday Money Management cancels an appointment with less than 24 hour’ notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. 

Return Policy

Payment for services is due within 30 days of the delivery of the services.  If a client wishes to dispute a bill, they must contact Everyday Money Management within 90 days of receiving the bill.  If the dispute is settled in favor of the client, a refund will be issued within 30 days.
