Pam brings more than 30 years of experience in human resources, operations, compliance, administration, and people management. During her 24-year career with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), she served in several key senior leadership positions, including Director of the Quality Assurance and Accountability Division, where she managed organizational operations and ensured regulatory compliance.

Pam’s transition into Daily Money Management was inspired by her personal experience caring for her mother following the passing of her father more than a decade ago. Over the years, she has assisted her mother with managing household finances, benefits, property-related responsibilities, medical and insurance matters, and other day-to-day administrative tasks. Through this experience, Pam discovered a passion for helping individuals and families maintain financial organization, independence, and peace of mind.  She brings a detail-oriented, compassionate, and client-centered approach to every interaction.

Pam attended the University of the District of Columbia, where she studied Business Administration and Economics. She lives in Takoma Park, MD with her husband, Gary, and is the proud mother of three children. Outside of work, Pam enjoys traveling, reading, and serving in various roles at her church, Vision Impact Center, where she’s actively involved in supporting community outreach, evangelism, discipleship, and spiritual growth initiatives. She is passionate about helping others thrive with kindness and compassion.
