Pam brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in federal human resources, financial management, compliance, operations, and organizational administration. During her distinguished 24-year career with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), she held several senior leadership positions, including Chief of Staff, Director of Retirement and Benefits, and Director of the Quality Assurance and Accountability Divisions.

Throughout her federal career, Pam managed and oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets ranging from $8 million to $32 million, ensuring sound financial stewardship, regulatory compliance, and accountability across complex programs. She directed financial planning, budget execution, internal controls, audits, retirement annuity determinations, death benefits consultations, personnel and procurement transactions, and organizational performance while advising senior executives on strategic and operational decisions. 

Pam's transition into Daily Money Management was inspired by her personal experience supporting her mother after the passing of her father more than a decade ago. As her mother's trusted financial advocate, she combines decades of professional financial oversight with firsthand caregiving experience. She understands that managing personal finances is about more than numbers—it's about creating peace of mind, protecting independence, and helping individuals and families confidently navigate life's financial responsibilities.

Pam studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of the District of Columbia. She lives in Takoma Park, Maryland, with her husband, Gary, and is the proud mother of three children. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and serving at Vision Impact Center, where she supports community outreach, discipleship, and service initiatives. She is passionate about helping others thrive with kindness and compassion.
