Jodi Charles
Daily Money Manager
Jodi brings more than 20 years of global health and finance leadership experience to her work with clients. Before joining Everyday Money Management, she spent her career designing and managing large-scale health systems programs for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), where she oversaw complex budgets, financial compliance, and program accountability. She holds an MPA and MATS from the University of Washington.
Jodi experienced firsthand the toll that illness and medical debt can take on families and the importance of estate planning — experiences that shape the care and urgency she brings to her work with clients. This focus has defined much of her professional career and now drives her commitment to bringing that same organization, precision, and attention to detail to the personal finances and daily lives of individuals and families.
Outside of work, Jodi is rarely still for long — she's plotting her next trip, tackling a house project, hiking a new trail, or disappearing into a good book. She also has a soft spot for foster dogs, much to the chagrin of her two resident cats.
