What is BILLPAY?

Our bill pay service is a method of ensuring all of your bills are paid accurately and on time. This includes regular monthly bills as well as occasional invoices that come from a handyman or a medical bill.


Why is BILLPAY unique?

Everyday Money Management's bill pay service helps you set up auto payments for your regular monthly bills and will pay all your occasional bills through one portal.  All you need to do is send or forward an email to EMM with any bills to be paid.  We take care of the rest.  

BILLPAY is also different from bill management software like Quicken or Monarch Money. Those services are designed to help you track your finances and manage spending, but you are still responsible for overseeing and paying your bills.


Our bill pay service includes human oversight that checks to see if you have the available funds in your bank account to cover each payment, and monitors the amount of each payment to catch errors and ward against fraud.

How does it work?

Step 1: Meet with a BILLPAY service representative to put together a list of your regular bills, and how they are currently paid.

Step 2: Determine your payment method (we recommend a dedicated checking account for bill payment).

Step 3: We'll set up your account through our online payment portal, and provide you with a dedicated email address to submit any bills you receive.

Step 4: BILLPAY will manage your payments going forward and provide you with a monthly report of activity.


What does it cost?

After a one-time setup fee of $150, you'll be charged a flat, monthly fee based on the number of bills we manage on your behalf.
