Since my Dad died, Mom still wants to be in control of her home, but she makes mistakes at times. She sometimes misses payments, and my siblings and I are worried that someone will take advantage of her. If something goes wrong, she may not be able to afford the consequences.
You may have a busy work and family life, live far away, or you may simply want to spend your precious time enjoying your loved one’s company rather than dealing with their paperwork. Alternatively, you may wish to keep control over some of the financial management tasks but would like to use outside professionals for others.
How we can help
Our Daily Money Managers will work with your loved one to stay up-to-date with paperwork and bills, while also monitoring accounts for unusual activity. You can receive a monthly report of their financial activity. Your family member will be able to maintain financial independence, but still have a trusted advisor double check that everything is completed accurately and in a timely manner. We will also act as advocates and liaisons with care managers, insurance representatives, accountants, and other professionals.
